Trees are the very important part of our nature, earth cycle & to reduce effect of the global warming. Our Company carries tree plantation activities at manufacturing facilities and also at Sanosara village.
We believe that it is our social responsibility to develop resources of renewable energy solutions to produce green energy from waste from available local resources. Hence we decided to develop Biogas Plant at Sanosara Village. It will help to produce green fuel for villagers to minimize of use of the woods and coal in the kitchens. This will provides Safe and Healthy environment to the peoples.
Manpower
Wintas have well trained and highly experienced technical staff and workforce for continuous improvement in the product quality and customer service. The mill has a team force of around 600 employees. The mill provides better physical and mental health to workers, promoting a healthy work environment. Wintas provides food subsidy, canteen subsidy, as well as free accommodation for worker’s families that help in raising their standards of living. Employee welfare measures increase the overall productivity of the organization and also promote healthy industrial relations thereby maintaining industrial peace.
